How do I register?
  1. To register please go to:
  2. Fill in your booking information and payment information
  3. Select if you would like to receive 12 months access for an additional fee (default is 3 months access)
  4. Review your order
  5. Select 'complete my order'
  6. The next page you see will allow you to update details about your practitioner status
    This finalises your registration. 
  7. You will then shortly receive TWO emails.  One has your booking details and the other your login information. (You may need to check your junk folder)

When does the conference start and end?
The 8-week online conference commences on Monday 4th of May and will end on Saturday 27th of June 2020. However, you can join any time as all of the presentations and content are available on demand for a minimum of three months. So, if you miss anything, you can easily watch it later.
Can I register a group of attendees and is there a group discount?
Yes, we have a special link where you are welcome to register your group i.e. workplace and there is a group discount available.

5 to 9 attendees will save 10% on registration, 10 to 19 attendees will save 15% on registration and 20+ attendees will receive 20% on registration.

Select the most applicable group and follow the prompts to complete your order. You will also be prompted to enter in each of the group members details including their name and email address.
Your group will then shortly receive their login details to access the conference.

How do I login if I have forgotten my password?

You will then be emailed a crypted password to the email address you registered with. Please check your junk email as sometimes the password will be sent here.

How do I access the ACNEM online pre-recording presentations?
  • 1. Login to the website (top right)
  • 2. In the dashboard page, choose the week want to view and click into it
  • 3. Click the Week 1-1 Presentations tab at the top (or whichever day you want to access). 1 = Monday, 2 = Tuesday, 3 = Wednesday, 4 = Friday live streaming session
  • 4. Click the plus sign to open up the tab, and click the play button to watch the video presentation
  • 5. To view/download resources, click the links at the bottom of the tab.
How do I access the ACNEM online livestreaming on the day it starts?
Simply login to the ACNEM Live Conference website and go to the relevant week of the conference.

The Livestream starts each Friday at 11am AEST. Use the same login to access the ACNEM Live website. All livestream panel discussions are presented  here.

Remember you only need ONE log in for the whole conference. This gives you access to all video recordings, downloads, resources and  the livestream sessions.

What happens if I miss the live version of the conference?
All content including video presentations and downloads will be available on demand for a minimum of three months. If you miss anything, you can easily watch it later.

There are also user-friendly buttons beside each video so you can indicate which ones you have watched for easy reference.
What time do the presentations start?
We have set times for the livestreamed sessions each Friday and the final livestreamed conference workshop on Saturday 27th June. The Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday sessions will be available for viewing on ACNEM live from 9am on those days. You can watch each presentation at your own convenience.

Each Friday the Conference will be a livestreamed Q+A and will include a panel of experts that presented during the week. The program schedule details what time the panel begins. Please note all time is in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
How can I submit questions for the livestreaming panel each Friday?
We encourage all attendees to submit questions! Please submit your questions for the panel in the 'weekly chat and feedback' tab at the top/right section of each week.

You can also submit questions during the livestreamed event in the chat box provided below the live panel. Simply enter your name and type in your question to participate!

Can I pause the livestream if I need a break?
While you cannot pause the program, switch to watching the presentations on-demand or download the recordings a few hours after each live presentation session is complete.
If I cannot watch the livestream at the time of broadcast, can I watch it later?
Yes, the ACNEM team will be uploading recorded presentations within a few hours of the livestream sessions being completed. You will have full access to these recordings within ACNEM Live for up to three months after the end of the conference if you purchased a standard ticket, or up to 12 months after the end of the conference if you purchased the extra time as an add on to your ticket.
What is the cost?
It is only $295 for access to the whole conference – 8 weeks of content. This allows you to also have an additional 3 months access on demand in case you missed something, want to watch something again or are looking for a reference. For an extra $50, (normally $97) you can purchase an additional 9 months on demand access (bringing it to 12 months access).

If you decide not to extend your access during the registration process, you will still have the opportunity to extend your access within your 3 months access period (for an additional fee of $97).

All videos are available to view on demand 24/7 on a device of your choosing. You can download the pdf version of the presenter slides and additional reference materials and research references.
How do I know what time it is broadcast in different timezones?
Livestream presentations are broadcast in the time zone in which they occur (Australian Eastern Standard time {AEST} – Sydney / Melbourne time) and are not adjusted based on a participant's time zone. To find out when the conference will be broadcast in your time zone, we include a quick-view widget that shows your local time for each livestream session. View the schedule for the Conference program to find out what time each livestream session begins.

Remember you will have on-demand access to all presentations within a few hours of each live-streaming session.
Can I ask questions during the livesteaming presentations?
Yes, during Livestream sessions delegates can interact directly to ask questions and participate in live polls. You can ask your questions and interact with other participants via the online Question portal that appears below the Live Stream video feed. This can also be accessed via your smart phone. Details of this Q&A portal will be available once you log in to view the Livestream.
How many hours of content is available each week?
Each presentation is approximately 30 minutes in length. The 8-week online conference contains approximately 5 hours of material each week, a total of 40 hours for the 8-week duration.
What technical requirements do I need to be able to participate in the livestream event?
Watching the ACNEM conference livestream is similar to the experience of watching a YouTube video.

You can participate via a desktop / laptop computer, or via tablet or smart phone. Your login credentials for ACNEM Live will work on any device. Note however, that only one person can log in with the same login credentials.

We recommend having a good Internet connection and somewhere comfortable to sit / stand, to ensure that you have a good experience.

Will the PowerPoint presentations from speakers be available for viewing?
Yes, we will post a PDF download of the presentations for you to access inside ACNEM Live as soon as possible after the presenter delivers these to us.
What will I receive after I have completed the conference?
You will receive a Certificate of Completion once you have completed the conference. GP's will also be able to submit their certificate to the RACGP for CPD points (30 points).
Can the conference count towards CPE points for the ACNEM Fellowship?
Yes! If you are undertaking the Fellowship Pathway you will be able to count this conference towards your 30 CPE points in training. It is also important to note that candidates will complete the CPE points requirement by attending the online conference.
What is the Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy?
ACNEM hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, we know that extenuating circumstances do occur. The ACNEM Cancellation and Refund Policy is as follows:
  • > Conference registration cancelled on-line before May 4th, 2020 is refundable but subject to a $50 administrative fee
  • > Delegates cancelling on or after May 4th 2020 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may  not be transferred to another individual.
  • > In the event ACNEM must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ACNEM will refund the full cost of registration.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ACNEM from running the event. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, site unavailability and technology challenges.
